Description:
A method of converting the contents of a hard drive, including configuration settings and applications, into an image, then storing the image on a server or a CD. Ghosting software converts the image back to its original form whenever the contents of the hard drive are needed again. Ghost imaging is useful for creating backups and for putting identical configurations and software on numerous machines.
