Q: How do I install WinBackup after purchasing it?
A: Unzip the zip file to a temporary folder and run setup.exe. The setup program will guide you through the rest of the installation.

Q: I have not been able to download my purchase, what do I do?
A: If you for any reason have not been able to download you purchase contact us with your order id ( example: #1396655 ) and we will send you a new download link.

Q: What versions of Windows does WinBackup support?
A: WinBackup supports Windows 95/98/2000 and XP

Q: What If I don't feel satisfied with my purchase?
A: If you for any reason are not satisfied with the product, after you have examined it, you may return it for a prompt and courteous refund within 30 days.

Q: WinBackup does not work correctly on my computer, what should I do?
