To test Open File Manager follow these steps:
* Open up MS Word file and type in it.
* Leave it open and set your backup software to backup the file.
* This will most likely result in failure.
* Install Open File Manager and restart your server/computer.
* Run that same backup again with the word file open.
* You will now have successfully backed up the MS Word file.
