Support for WinBackup Open File Manager

	Support has asked me to obtain my MAC address, how do I do that?
	If you have multiple network cards installed disconnect/unplug these leaving only that needed for internet connection then please follow these steps: * Click Start * Then Run * Then type CMD * Then type ipconfig /all * Then, please write down the Physical address and email it to support.
