When I try to install the purchased product a message states that the program is already running

This message usually appears when you have previously installed a 'trial' version of RegistryBooster / SpeedUpMyPC / SpyEraser and you are trying to install the program again following a purchase. If this is the case do note that a re-installation is not necessary since the 'trial' version is basically the full version running with some limitations. To convert the 'trial / limited' version into the full version please follow these steps:

(1) Launch the program (RegistryBooster / SpeedUpMyPC / SpyEraser).

(2) Click on 'Register Now'.

(3) Click on the box where you see 'Enter Serial Number..."

(4) Enter the registration key which was given to you when you purchased the program.

(5) Click on 'Activate Now'.

(6) You will see a message stating that the product was registered. At this point click on OK to restart the program.

Note: After the program restarts all features of the program will become available.
