Support for WinBackup

I receive an error 539 and my backup fails "Job Not Found: jobfile"

When running a backup or a restore procedure, WinBackup creates a job file (jobname.xml) and locates this file in the Jobs folder within WinBackup folder where WinBackup is installed. Error 539 indicates that WinBackup was unable to locate the job file (jobname.xml) in the Jobs folder. If you are running the user interface, please make sure that you have write access to the WinBackup folder and that the job has been saved to the Jobs folder. If you do not have sufficient privileges to access the file, please contact your system administrator to award you these rights. If you are calling wbjob.exe from the command line, please make sure that your current folder is the folder in which wbjob.exe is located and that your are giving wbjob.exe the full filename (wbjob.exe myjob.xml) as a parameter to execute.
