Normally this is due to the display settings, what you should do is checking whether the display settings on the computer, for the DPI settings are to be found in the Display section under the 'General' tab of the Advanced display properties. If the DPI settings are set higher than 100 you will experience this problem, hence reduce the DPI settings to 100.
