How do I use the “Premium Support” that I have purchased?

As for the Priority / Premium e-mail support, initially you were supplied with a serial number after you placed your order similar to PExx-xxxx-xxx. This code can be used whenever you submit a ticket, and it should be filled in the "Priority Code" field. This gives you a higher priority in terms of replies, and there are no support programs to be downloaded.
