Conexant Video Capture is a video capture device designed and manufactured by Conexant. This device is single-chip solution that enables users to capture Digital TV, TV, MPEG, Radio and Broadband Data using the computer PCI bus. This super flexible audio/video decoder features support for every available audio and video format used in the world. This single-chip device allows a computer to capture audio/video, display, playback or record video and audio input. The device is an all-in-one10-bit composite and S-Video decoder for NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video formats, PCI bus master, Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller and image resizer and scaler. The device uses four-input multiplexer for analog video signal input. It captures and decodes all major terrestrial broadcast audio standards. Its compatibility with the digital channel demodulator family from Conexant allows it to stream and capture HDTV and SDTV signals.
