The Edirol PCR-A Wave Editor is an application that gives users the capability to edit presets for controllers. The application was first designed for use with MIDI Keyboards of the PCR series. The controllers could also be programmed with buttons on an Edirol PCR panel, but programming will be much easier with the use of this special editor. The PCR Editor is usually bundled in a package or downloaded as one application. The program basically looks like an upper panel of the MIDI keyboard Edirol of the standard PCR series. This design was implemented so that old users of the MIDI keyboard will feel more at ease with the device’s slightly revised interface. The Edirol PCR-A Wave Editor enables users to produce control maps and designate assignments to the said controls. It can likewise be used for storing the necessary quantity of controls such as parameters’ maps that can be dispensed to different buttons or switched over with other PCR users.
