Win TV-PVR-PCI II (Encorder) puts television watching under control. It enables watching TV on PC screens, via full screen. Users can record TV shows digitally, pause live while watching television and generate their own immediate replay. They can also record TV home videos and transmission on disks. They can then incorporate them to PC screens and burn them on DVDs. With rates of data ranging from 4.4MBits/sec to 12Mbits/sec, users allocate spaces on the hard disks the videos will use. Depending on the DVDs qualities, a usual TV show that runs for an hour takes 2gbs of the hard disk room. It includes WinTV-Editor and WinTV-Scheduler. Users should then trim their videos, cut the segments out and finally place them together again. They will be able to do all these without any loss of whichever video quality using the WinTV-Editor.
Unless you update your drivers regularly you may face hardware performance issues.
To check your drivers you should manually verify every device on your system for driver updates
The Win TV-PVR-PCI II (Encorder) pausing feature makes users in charge of what they watch. They are able to obtain individual 'instant replay' to discontinue the actions when they want to evaluate key scenes. They can also immediately wind back and rerun the action. Users no longer miss any scenes again because of multi-tasking because they can simply click on 'One Touch Pause' key to suspend programs. When they resume, they click on it again to go on with the programs. After that, they can fast forward to be in line with the live broadcast. Technically, it contains an extremely incorporated encoder called MPEG-1/2 hardware and a video digitizer of a very high quality. It is able to record full screens videos on television from a camcorder and a VCR, utilizing 1.5GB of the hard disk room for each hour. It is highly recommended you run a free registry scan for and Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (Encoder) errors before installing any driver updates.
