Outdated Drivers?

Unless you update your drivers regularly you may face hardware performance issues.

To check your drivers you should manually verify every device on your system for driver updates

To install the liteon cd-rw 40X, the user should inspect the safety label which is at the top of their drive to make sure that their drive's model corresponds with it. The zip file should then be downloaded and saved with the correct model name. The next step is unzipping the downloaded zip file and then closing all applications running under windows. When upgrading, the user should make sure that the power supply is not interrupted as this would make it backfire. The user should then execute the firmware by upgrading the execution file. If the user has more than one lite-on drive, they should then select the drive they want to upgrade. The user should then upgrade the drivers ensuring that the power is uninterrupted. The computer is then restarted to complete the installation and to confirm that the firmware has been changed. It is highly recommended you run a free registry scan for and LiteOn CD\RW 40X errors before installing any driver updates.
