WinTV HVR-950q ATSC/QAM Capture Device offers an over the air digital TV of ATSC high definition as well as a cable analog TV to the users laptop or TV. The drivers for WinTV HVR-950q ATSC/QAM Capture are installed by first downloading the file from the manufacturers site and saving it on the computer before proceeding to unzip. The USB device is then connected to the computer followed by right clicking on My Computer and a click on Properties. The next step is proceeding to the Hardware tab where a click on the button for Device Manager finds the new USB device on an image category.
