JPEGView is a FREE application that allows you to view and edit images in JPEG and BMP formats. It also supports WEBP, TGA and GIF. It is fast, lightweight, and compatible with Windows OS. This app allows you to adjust the sharpness, color balance, perspective, contrast, and exposure levels of images.

The JPEGView image viewer is minimalistic in design with a 512kb file size, but it packs many features and is extremely fast. JPEGView is a free open-source program that you can download for Windows. Picasa and XnView are similar Windows applications.

Navigation

It is recommended that you make JPEGView your default viewer for all images on your computer. Right-click the app's interface, and select 'Settings/App.' Next, choose 'Set as default viewer option.

Double-clicking on an image will open it via the app. The bottom of the image displays basic controls. You can access the shortcuts by hovering over control buttons and other elements.
