Compatibility checker available for free

Wise Cleaner, developed by Checkit is a tool that checks if your Windows 10 system meets the minimum requirements to upgrade to Windows 11. It's free and safe and available in English, Chinese and Russian. Get the lightweight, portable utility for Windows 10 PC.

It performs the same functions as PC Health Check but has essential additional features. This software checks your CPU, memory and UEFI. Similar software is Ashampoo Windows 11 Compatibility Check, and WinPass11.

Checkit vs. Health Check vs. open-source

Microsoft's official tool for PC Health Check is PC Health Check. It scans your computer to determine if it meets the minimum requirements for Windows 11. It gives you a generic message saying that your computer doesn't have the necessary system requirements to run Windows 11. You know that your upgrade will fail but you don't know how to fix it.

Open-source projects often have the ability to check if your computer meets the upgrade requirements. It's free and easy to use, but there are security risks as any developer can contribute code.

Whereas Checkit scans your CPU, memory and UEFI and stores it. It will also tell you if your system meets the minimum requirements. It will also show you where your hardware is failing so you can fix it or find a solution. Computers that don't have TPMP 2.0 and secure boot are most likely to fail.

Checkit or WinPass 11

WinPass 11 can be used as a companion to Checkit. Checkit first to determine if your computer can run Windows 11. WinPass 11 will fix any problems and allow you to upgrade even if your system is not compatible with Windows 11.

Windows 11 is coming soon!

WiseCleaner checkit will verify that your system is compatible with Windows 11. Run a scan to see which hardware is compatible with your system and which are not. IT administrators can now prevent users from upgrading their systems or failing to fix them.
