How to create html email

The Wikipedia defines, HTML email as the “the use of a subset of HTML (often ill-defined) to provide formatting and semantic mark-up capabilities in e-mail that are not available with plain text.” Put simply, HTML e-mail permits formatting and images to be in emails. Text styles, embedded images and links are included within this. The body of the e-mail can be designed according to your choice so that it becomes catchier to the recipients. It is very fast and simple to create an HTML email link on your webpage.

Step 1
Open the html editor ie FrontPage 2000, Dreamweaver 4 or MX or MS Word 97 or 2000.. 
Step 2
Use of absolute URLs for the graphics is recommended.
Step 3
It is in the web-server that graphics are stored(images, icons) which can be saved as an attachment.
Step 4
Instead of graphics, coloured bars can also be used for different sections.( in case of headers and footers for example)

The page which has been created has to be named and saved.( (ie htmlemail.htm).

Open your Email Software - in outlook express (since it's the most popular) 6) The email software has to be opened. (It can be Outlook Express or any other email software) If it is in Outlook Express then go to create mail - insert - text from file - move to your saved html page. 
Step 7
The html e-mail is ready to send now.
Step 8
Before sending it to subscribers, a test e-mail is important.
Step 9
After the html page is created it can be saved as a template. So that it can just be opened and can be sent comfortably.
