How to access another computer

Accessing and controlling a computer helps to provide information from the desktop of another computer on the computer currently used by you. Through this, we can ensure a access to a computer that is not available right when it is needed. Suppose you are on a vacation to Goa and you have left the half done PowerPoint presentation on your PC. Your boss wants you to submit it within the next day. So, is there any way to meet this crisis situation- yes, of course. Just a laptop or another computer with internet connection can pull you out of this messed up situation. Access your PC right from Goa and retrieve all your work.There is free remote desktop software that enables us to operate our PC from a remote, internet enabled computer. Only certain things are needed to get the facility of accessing another computer as per our requirement like the software needed to carry out the access method, hi-speed internet service, DSL and static IP address.

Step 1
The first thing and foremost thing that is to be done is to download the latest free version of the access software and install it properly.
Step 2
Once installed, run the software from the programs menu. A password has to be entered so that anyone attempting to connect to the server will also have to enter it.
Step 3
The program icon on the taskbar needs to be double clicked for the options menu. We have to run the software and enter the IP address of the server computer.
Step 4
We will be prompted for the password once the connection is made. One thing that is needed to be kept in mind is the use of selected program from a wide range of programs so that it acts as an additional security measure.
